We are excited to inform you of a new opportunity that has been developed within the club, the UE 100 Club:

The 100 Club has been set up to raise funds for our grassroots club whilst giving you the chance to win cash prizes. This letter explains how the club will operate and anything you will need to know, should you wish to get involved; club rules attached for your reference.

How much does it cost?

Each ticket costs £5, payable monthly over a 12-month period, on the first day of every month or as a lump sum. There's no start or finish date to the scheme, so you can join at any time (minimum of 12 months).

How do I pay?

Payment can be done by standing order or, by cheque or BACS payment. Standing orders will be set up for the first day of the month, £5 monthly, (minimum of 12 months) or an annual payment of £60, based on purchasing one ticket. Payment by cheque or BACS is only available if the full amount owed is paid as one payment.

If a payment is missed, it will be assumed that the membership has lapsed, and we will write to you to confirm this.

How does it work?

On the 20th of every month there will be a random draw of two numbers, first number drawn will win 25% of the months 100 Club takings and second drawn will win 15%. However, the committee shall have absolute discretion to reduce the amount payable in prizes should membership drop to an unacceptable level. All prize winners will be notified in writing after the draw has taken place and prizes will be deposited into the bank account given on the application. A bonus End of Season Draw will take place on 31st August, with a larger cash prize. However members of the 100 club must be a member for a minimum of 6 months in order to be automatically entered into the bonus draw. 10% of all income taken throughout the year, has been set aside for the bonus draw.

How do I buy a ticket?

Should you wish to join the UE 100 Club, please complete the Application Form and Standing Order Mandate, see below, and return to uppereden100club@outlook.com, Aternatively post the completed forms to Pennine Park (stating FAO: 100 Club) with a cheque for the full annual payment. Standing Orders will need to be arranged with you and your bank via your online banking app, or by filling in the standing order mandate and taking it to your bank

A ticket number will then be allocated, and the Standing Order Mandate forwarded to your bank. Your first monthly payment will be taken on the first day of the following month and you will be entered into the draw.

By purchasing a ticket, you can help the rugby club raise funds, and in doing so help players, coaches, and future members get the support they need to continue being a big part of the community. The more tickets sold the bigger the cash prizes!
